Labor Day BBQ

Please plan to attend the Annual Membership Meeting on Labor Day Monday, September 2 at 4:00pm in the Grill Patio. We need to get out the vote to have a quorum for the Board of Directors election (one vote per family). Thank you to the candidates for stepping up to represent our pool. You may read their bios and statements of interest here. Candidates will also be given the opportunity to speak briefly at the meeting. As required by the pool’s bylaws, voting in the Board elections is limited to those Equity Members at the Annual Membership Meeting.

The agenda includes electing members to the Board of Directors, hearing reports on pool and grounds maintenance, finances and operations, communications, social events, and tennis/pickleball/basketball/volleyball court programs. There is also an opportunity for discussion, ideas, and questions. Only Equity Members will be voting, but we encourage everyone to attend!

Enjoy the BBQ beginning around 11:00am and ending at 2:00pm (while the food lasts). Get in some pool time and stick around for the Annual Membership Meeting.
