Check-in Cards
Pool President Gretchen Ekstrom will be handing out check-in cards on Sunday, June 5th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We’ll announce other pick-up times periodically, so check the calendar. The cards that were printed and distributed last year may be used this year. If you didn’t pick them up last year, Gretchen would like you to have them. The cards may be used to enter the pool quickly when there are lines. Do not fear! The desk attendant will still check you in if you don’t have a card.
In order to receive a card, your account must be current:
- dues paid,
- caregivers listed with payment,
- all adult children not living at home removed from the account, and
- photographs must be uploaded to your account for each person.
Please check your account.
Can’t make it for pick-up? If all the above requirements are fulfilled, send Gretchen an email with the names of all the individuals on the account to president@rockcreekpool.com. She will leave the cards at the pool for you if you can’t pick them up at a scheduled pick-up time.
Cards for new Summer Swimmers have not yet been printed; we’ll let you know when they are available for pick-up.
